Machining

The DPV-UK shop is continuing to grow with more machines being added every year. We presently have four horizontal lathes, 2 large horizontal Borers, two milling machines, a nineteen tonne Horizontal lathe capable of machining a 42” valve as well as many other small machines that compliment a busy machine shop.

We have a large stock-holding of pipe, bar and forging, all fully traceable and in various materials from Carbon steel, 316 stainless, Low temperature carbon steel and all the Chrome Molys.

Our experienced work-force are very capable of making valves from conceptual design to any modifications such as trim changes, outside lever & weight, Stem extensions and Jackets to name a few.

With extensive experience in actuating valves our technicians have undergone training by Rotork, Auma & Swagelok and can actuate all valve types with electric, Pneumatic or Hydraulic operators.
