Painting

Our two painters have a combined total of over 40 years experience of painting valves and other products to demanding systems and specifications. For use in the most extreme and arduous conditions that a painted product can be found in, offshore in the North Sea or under the baking sun of the Arabian Peninsula, the valves we have painted have been used worldwide.

Combined with our own newly built blast room capable of accommodating anything under 7 meters long and 3 Meters high we can blast any material in preparation of it being coated.

In collaboration with all major paint suppliers such as Leighs, International & Jotun we coat valves to the specifications of all major Oil & Gas Companies such as BP, Shell, KPO, Tengizchevroil, Aramco, Qatar Petroleum, ADMA, ADCO to name a few.

The painting is performed in a closely controlled environment where coat thickness, adhesion, humidity and temperature are monitored during every stage of the process. Using internationally renowned test equipment from Elometer we can produce qualified and traceable reports for all work performed.

Coating inspection is performed by our qualified in-house Nace Level 1 coating Inspector thereby guaranteeing a quality product at every stage of the coating process.
