Welding

With three welders, one of whom is coded, DPV-UK provides high standard welding on most materials.

Our coded welder is tested and approved by Bureau Veritas to weld your standard carbon steels in A105N/WCB but also in the 300 stainless steel range, Low temperature carbon steel and chrome molys such as F5, F9, F11 & F22. All qualifications and procedures supported by both Tensile and Non destructive examination/tests.

Fully qualified we only use traceable filler rods and parent metals whilst adhering to the qualified procedures.

To complement the welding we also have a modern heat treatment oven for pre-heat, post weld or conditioning any metals for specific uses. Again reports can be supplied.
