We have has successfully maintained our ISO9001:2015 accreditation with zero findings and some very positive comments from the auditor. The use of our Business Management System that is on the wall in the main conference room was key to showing how the business is using visual process maps to drive not just its adherence to processes but also its focus on customer satisfaction through better operating agility and efficiency!
