We’ve now implemented an Optimised Business Management System (BMS) Process Model
The new BMS provided by UKQMS, known as BMS19 has now been implemented into the business. The 12 process model that groups the sections of the new ISO9001:2015 standard has been briefed to the management team. The business is now completing the new measures that align to the revised processes to ensure they are effective and aligned to delivering customer satisfaction.
